What your system is built from

Eyeward is a platform where a company — or a person — builds a system around their own process without programmers: modules with fields, records, lists, boards and Gantt charts, rules, relations, documents and charts. Around it sits a complete workspace: mail on your own domain, chat, files with an office editor, websites, semantic search, an assistant running on your own model and access for external AI agents. Describe the entity. The form and the list follow.

A module describes one entity in your process: an order, a machine, a client or a household expense. You put its fields together with the mouse, and the platform builds the input form, the record list, the edit history and access rights around them. Schema edits collect in a draft and apply with a single Save; every module version stays in the history, ready to roll back to. A module describes one entity in your process. Form

  • Tabs, collapsible sections and columns with adjustable widths; fields are dragged into place.
  • Section multiplier — an “Add another” button: up to 100 groups of 50 fields, in “Together”, “Separate” or “Custom” mode.

Field settings

  • Required, hidden in the form, read-only, a hint under the field.
  • Included in global search; value suggestions from similar records for Select and Status.
  • Read and edit levels from 1 to 100 — permissions on a single field.

Lists and directories

  • 7 option sources for Select: custom options, a component, company employees, users with a role, modules, a table of the record, a table of a linked record.
  • Multi-select and dependent (cascading) lists.
  • Components are shared value directories — text, Markdown or tags; a value can have its own set of fields.

Record IDs

  • Templates like INV-{YYYY}-{#####}: date tokens, counters and field values.
  • Conditions and priority — different templates for different records.

The module as a whole

  • 8 editor tabs — from Fields and Rules to Import/Export and History.
  • A module with no company is visible only to its author; once attached to a company, roles grant access.
  • Deleting a module shows a plan first: everything that goes with it.
  • Builds group modules by area — CRM, Manufacturing, Inventory — and filter the sections and the menu by them.

People work on a record together; the history keeps every change

A record card has a header, a tabbed form, a sidebar and a comment feed. Only the fields you changed are saved, so two people can edit the same record at once: you can see who’s viewing it, and a field a colleague is editing shows a lock. Note. Deleting a record is permanent: records have no trash bin. Before deleting, a dialog lists everything that goes with the record, and its file folder moves to the Files trash. An Excel import doesn’t run form rules — computed values appear once the record is saved for the first time.

Details: Drafts and saving · Versions · Comments and notes · 3 more

Drafts and saving

  • Edits go to a draft automatically — an “Unsaved · date” chip and a Restore version link.
  • Leaving the page asks: Stay, Leave, or Save and leave.
  • A separate role permission lifts someone else’s lock on a field.

Versions

  • 12 change sources — from edits and the board to the status engine, file import and rollbacks.
  • Differences as before → after pairs, row by row for tables; the history of a single field.
  • Three ways to trim history; rollback and trimming are separate role permissions.

Comments and notes

  • Markdown with preview, up to 10,000 characters; @mentions with a notification, reactions, replies.
  • Comments can be closed after a time or in a given record status.
  • Notes live on their own tab, with pinning and grouping by day.

Assignments

  • A task on a record or on one field: assignees, a due date, 4 priority levels and 5 states — from Assigned to Done or Declined.
  • Attachments, progress reports and due-date reminders; a personal section with To me and Handed out tabs.
  • A task on a field takes one gesture: hold Alt for 3 seconds, or long-press on a phone.

Lifecycle

  • Requires approval: a new record stays a Draft until someone approves it; edits after approval can be locked.
  • Cancelling a record sets it to Cancelled and creates a draft copy; records can be duplicated.
  • Click the breadcrumbs to copy a record’s ID.

Excel

  • Export every record to .xlsx, or download an empty template.
  • Import .xlsx or .csv with automatic column matching and a preview; Create and update, Create only or Update only.
  • Up to 25 MB, 20,000 rows and 200 columns at a time.

A task is set by a person — or by a rule you described once

A task can be issued on a record, on one of its fields, on an email, on a chat conversation or on its own — it doesn’t need a record. Inside are a checklist and stages that hand over to the next assignee. Task automations create tasks for you: when a record is created, a status changes, a date comes up or an email arrives. A task can be issued on a record, an email, a chat or on its own — and task automations create them by themselves when an event happens.

Try it on the mockup: build a rule, fire the event and take the task through its stages.

      Checklist2 of 4

Section C–C — the board and a task card with stages and a checklist (live mockup)
Details: The task · The card · The Tasks section · 3 more

      The task

      • An assignee, a due date, 4 priority levels and 5 states — from Assigned to Done or Declined.
      • Sources as chips: the records, emails and conversations it relates to; a source grants no access — you open it only with your own permissions.
      • To yourself — any task; to a colleague — the company owner or an employee with the “Assign tasks” permission.

      The card

      • Both sides tick the checklist: the assignee as the work goes, the assigner while checking it.
      • Finished stages stay as history — who, when and with what outcome; they can’t be edited.
      • Labels, bookmarks, a feed of progress updates with files.

      The Tasks section

      • Tabs: To me, Handed out and Team.
      • Three views: tiles, a list and a board where a card is dragged between states.
      • Filters by label, priority and bookmarks; order by due date, priority or last change.

      Task automations

      • More events than the mockup shows: a record starting to match a condition, a date in a record — on the day or after it too, a schedule, a task done, declined or overdue; a “manual only” rule is run with a button.
      • Due in hours, days or working days after the event, or from a date in the record; with several assignees — a task for each, taking turns, or to the least busy.
      • Repeat “not while the previous one is open”, “every time” or “once per record”; the preview is computed on a real record, and the run log names the reason when there is no task.

      AI in a rule

      • The model can write the title, description, checklist or stages — or decide whether to create the task at all.
      • It runs on the rule owner’s connection; if it doesn’t answer, the template stays.

      Other ways in

      • The assistant sets a task as a card; such a task shows which model it was issued through.
      • In Telegram — Accept, Start and Done buttons right in the notification.
      • In mail — a Task button on an email and on a thread.

Note. A rule acts on behalf of the person who created it: without their permission to assign tasks, or without access to the record, no task appears and the reason stays in the log. “Revoke” and “Delete permanently” are different actions; the second erases the history too, so it is a separate role permission.

One set of records: list, board, Gantt and calendar

A view answers one question: how should the records be shown? There are four view types — List, Kanban, Gantt chart and Calendar. Each can be added several times under its own name, and one view can serve several modules. Dragging a card or a bar is an ordinary record edit: it lands in the version history and in notifications. Gantt chart of the Production module: twelve stages across orders, grouped by workshop — machining, painting, assembly and welding; a weekly scale from late July to early October 2026, with an amber line for today. Calendar: records from several modules on one grid

A calendar has no events of its own. It shows the records of the view’s modules as layers — meetings, delivery dates, the production stages from the Gantt chart above — each layer with its own color and its own start and end fields. Move an event or pull its bottom edge and the record’s dates change, the same way as on the Gantt chart. A busy resource isn’t locked: the calendar asks again and highlights the overlap. Week plan — calendar

Calendar of the “Week plan” view in Week mode, September 14–20, 2026: six meetings on the hour grid; the all-day row holds the delivery date of order ЗАК-0042 and three production stages as bars across days; an amber line marks the current time. Three layers sit above the grid, and each can be switched off. An event moves by mouse, by arrow keys or with the buttons in the card; the card on the right shows which record fields changed. The “Move onto a busy slot” button puts a meeting into a room that is taken: the calendar asks for confirmation and outlines both events.

The calendar doesn’t forbid double-booking a resource — it highlights the overlap and asks again. Events reach your phone’s calendar through a subscription link (.ics): edits made on the phone don’t come back into the records.

Automation is put together from if-then conditions, formulas and action buttons — there’s no code to write. Rules change how the form behaves, transitions move the status by themselves, actions create records in another module with one click, and rollup fields total up child records. Modules connect the way your process does

A relation defines a parent → child link and is created on the child module’s Relations tab. The form then gets a “linked to” field, and the record card gets a Relations tab with a graph. A relation can be made required or switched off for a while without losing data; cycles between modules aren’t allowed. A relation defines a parent → child link: the form gets a “linked to” field, and the record card gets a Relations tab with a graph.

      Inherited fields

      • 3 modes: copy, shared reference, and live (from the parent).
      • You can limit which child records a value flows down to.

      Groups and shared files

      • A relation group lets you pick one parent from several modules.
      • A child record can use its parent’s file folder.

      Record graph

      • Expand children, search the graph, a module legend, a Parents and Children inspector.
      • “Not linked” ghosts with a Create record button; records a role can’t see are hidden from the graph.

      The Relation field

      • Target module, display field, multiple records; the target module can depend on another field’s value.
      • List counters like “Relation: module”; a Record card field creates links by itself, read-only.

      Linking logic

      • Field conditions: when the logic applies, which records qualify as parents and when the link is required; a violation either warns or blocks the save.
      • A model on your own key picks the parent, suggests options or reviews the one chosen — only among records that passed the conditions.

      Folders and documents

      • Upload with a button or drag and drop, then arrange into folders.
      • Create a document — docx, xlsx, pptx, txt or md — right in a folder.
      • A record’s Files tab: a folder from a path template, 3 creation modes, and the folder moves when fields change.

      Versions, trash, duplicates

      • File version history: view, download, restore, a before → after comparison and a Diff mode.
      • Office files and PDFs are compared by text — you see which words were removed and added; spreadsheets cell by cell, sheet by sheet.
      • A version made through the assistant is signed with both the person and the model.
      • A trash bin you can restore from; Duplicates finds identical files by their content.

      Sharing

      • 4 levels — view, download, edit, manage; for people and roles, inherited from the folder.
      • Public links with a password, an expiry date and a download limit; an access history.

      Storage

      • A personal space gets 2 GB; a company’s storage comes with its plan — from 2 GB on Start to 2 TB on Business, Corporate from 2 TB.
      • Used space broken down into 10 groups, from record files to mail and version history.
      • Not even a superadmin can open someone’s personal space.

The mail client is built into the platform and runs on the installation’s own mail server; your mailbox is created the first time you open Mail. The message list

      • Folders plus Overview, Checks, Scheduled, Snoozed and Attachments views; group by conversation and bulk actions.
      • Remote images are blocked; search and 17 keyboard shortcuts.
      • Delivery status per recipient: queued, temporary failure, not delivered, delivered — with the reason and the time of the next attempt.

      Composing

      • To, Cc and Bcc; drafts that don’t get lost; a full-screen composer.
      • Undo for 8 seconds, scheduled sending, and a “Forgot an attachment?” reminder.
      • Up to 10 attachments and 15 MB per message.
      • A Check button: recipients and the message’s spam score, before it goes out.

      Your folders and filters

      • Nested folders; conditions on From, To, Subject and body text — up to 10, matching all or any.
      • A filter moves a message to a folder and can mark it read — on the server, even when Mail is closed.

      Your own domain

      • Five DNS records: ownership, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC. Every address on the domain is its own mailbox.
      • Automatic DNS: hand over your provider’s token and the platform shows a plan of zone changes, then applies it. Records that aren’t ours are left alone unless you say otherwise.
      • DKIM and DMARC can be delegated with a single CNAME: the platform publishes and rotates the values, so a key change needs nothing from you.

      Checks and reputation

      • Domain diagnostics: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, PTR, STARTTLS and certificate expiry, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI, open relay — with a score and advice for every finding.
      • Address checks with a live probe up to RCPT TO (no message is sent), domain typos, disposable and role addresses; in batches of up to 25, with a CSV export.
      • A 0–10 spam score for a message and 28 blocklist zones — weighted: some genuinely bounce mail, others only add detail.

      Sending limits

      • Recipients are counted: 50 per hour and 200 per day per mailbox. A new domain warms up from 10 a day to 800 by the third month.
      • A message over the limit isn’t lost — it goes out by itself once the window opens.

      Mail on a record

      • A Mail tab on the record card: messages link automatically by the record’s email fields.
      • Write straight from the card; unlink a message that doesn’t belong.
      • A snoozed message comes back on time, with a notification.

      A shared team mailbox

      • Several people can be responsible for a thread and for a mailbox; a responder gets their own “Assigned to me” and “My mailboxes” tabs.
      • Team notes on a thread and a Task button on an email.
      • Several signatures per mailbox: each is granted to its own people, and every person has a default one.
      • Your company logo next to the email in the recipient’s inbox (BIMI), set up on the domain card; the message list shows sender logos and faces.

      Your own clients and devices

      • Thunderbird and Outlook configure themselves — no ports to type in; iPhone and Mac get a setup profile.
      • Access to someone else’s mailbox is granted by role: read, work, full.

      Mail import

      • Over IMAP from Mailcow, Yandex or a company server: once, or with tracking — from every 5 minutes to once a day.
      • Filter by period, size or unread only; after a one-time import the source password is erased.

      The operator queue

      • Tabs for Awaiting reply, Mine, Unassigned and Snoozed; search by name, handle and number; bulk actions.
      • The response timer counts working minutes on the channel’s schedule; on a breach — warn, notify or hand the conversation over.
      • Distribution: round-robin, by rules (keywords, language, label), to the owner of the client’s record, with a cap of conversations per operator.
      • Internal notes, “replying now”, Snooze until…, auto-close for conversations that went quiet.

      Linked to records

      • A conversation is linked to a record; suggestions find it by phone, handle or email — and never link anything by themselves.
      • Create a record from a conversation with the name, phone and first message; a record gets a Conversations tab.
      • Write in a messenger from the Phone field; one client across channels merges into one person.

      Automation

      • The Send message record action: by button, on a status change, on creation or N days before a date.
      • Broadcasts to a segment of records or client tags, with A/B variants; message sequences stop when the client replies.
      • Bot scenarios: questions with answer validation, buttons, a search of the company’s answer base, record creation and a handover to an operator.
      • A conversation rating on close; charts on conversations and messages live in Analytics.

      Clients

      • A client directory with tags and the source of the first contact: an ad, a campaign link, the site widget.
      • Spam hides a client from the queue; an unsubscribed client gets no broadcasts.
      • Client data erasure on request — verified and logged; module records are left alone.

      The assistant in a conversation

      • A summary, labels and urgency, translation of incoming messages and of your reply, a reply draft — on the connection of whoever pressed the button.
      • The assistant prepares a reply to a client only as a card: you send it.
      • The outcome of a closed conversation lands as a note on the linked record.

      Telegram for your team

      • Platform notifications with buttons: accept a task, change a status, answer a comment by replying.
      • A forwarded message or file goes into a note on a record, a task or My files.
      • A question to the assistant and a morning digest: today’s tasks, unread items, conversations waiting for a reply.
Not supported: Viber, MAX, Telegram groups

Note. Viber, MAX and personal accounts through unofficial bridges are not supported. An edit to a message already sent doesn’t reach the client, and there are no Telegram group chats. Text formatting is translated into each messenger’s own markup; where polls don’t exist, the client gets the question with buttons.

      Editor

      • Desktop, Tablet and Phone breakpoints with their own overrides.
      • Autosave, undo and redo, 11 keyboard shortcuts.
      • A two-level page tree, 4 page templates and 8 section templates, several header and footer layouts.

      Blocks and styling

      • 13 block types — from headings and forms to accordions and counters — plus reusable components.
      • Fonts, palette, corner radius, content width; scroll animations, hover effects, parallax.
      • Custom CSS per site and per page, custom HTML in <head>.

      SEO and media

      • Meta tags, og:image, favicon, canonical, sitemap.xml and robots.txt.
      • JPEG, PNG, WebP and GIF up to 10 MB: images are resized for the web and stored in Files.

      Publishing and access

      • An ed25519 key is generated for you; a password or your own key with a passphrase also work.
      • Full or incremental upload from a sha256 manifest, a publishing history with logs; SSH secrets are stored encrypted.
      • Personal or company sites: view, edit and manage levels; duplicate a site.

      Lead form

      • Up to 20 fields and 5 files of 15 MB per submission.
      • Spam protection: a hidden bot trap and a cap on how often a form can be sent.

      Visitor chat

      • Up to 10 operators, 12 quick replies, 20 automation scenarios, 8 pre-chat form fields.
      • Up to 5 webhooks for a new conversation and a new message; show it by page and device.

Note. Eyeward doesn’t host sites: publishing goes to your own server. For forms and chat to work, the app needs a public address.

      Notifications about what you follow

The bell shows two separate counters: notifications and unread chat messages. Changes and comments arrive only for records you follow with the Follow button; mentions and assignment events always arrive, and an assignee is subscribed to the record automatically. The bell and chat keep separate counts; changes and comments arrive for records you follow.

Details: What arrives · Push · Activity center · The browser tab and Telegram

      What arrives

      • 16 notification types: changes and comments, mentions, five assignment events, holidays, support, the Solutions store and scheduled assistant replies.
      • A toast and a sound when something new comes in.

      Push

      • Web Push over 8 channels (mail included), “Send a test one” and a list of subscribed devices.
      • On iPhone and iPad, push works once the app is added to the Home Screen.
      • Holiday greetings follow the country in your profile.

      Activity center

      • One log: 7 actions across 22 object types, with filters, search and auto-refresh.
      • Everyone sees events only in modules they can access; the log survives a record’s deletion.
      • A bulk edit, an import or an assistant action on many records is one log line; an edit made through the assistant names the model.

      The browser tab and Telegram

      • The browser tab icon shows how much is unread and where it came from: a mention, a task, chat, mail, messengers.
      • A notification about something you already opened yourself is marked read half an hour later; one about a deleted record is labeled Deleted.
      • The same notifications arrive in Telegram — with action buttons.

A solution installs as an independent copy

The Solutions store lets you publish your modules for others and install theirs; everything in it is free. Installing creates an independent copy: the author can’t change yours, and a new version installs next to the old one. There are no public solutions in the catalog yet — for now the store is the mechanism for sharing your own modules. Publish your modules, install others’ — for free; an install is an independent copy. There are no public solutions in the catalog yet.

      1

      Submit

The solution takes a snapshot of the modules at submission time. It won’t go out while it references modules outside the package. The listing has a name, an icon, one of 10 categories, a Markdown description and screenshots.

      2

      Moderation

A superadmin reviews the solution. New versions ship with a “What’s new” list; a solution can be hidden from the storefront or deleted.

Just me, or into a company you own. References to the author’s people, roles, companies, charts and files are reset on install.

      What a solution contains

      • Whole modules: fields, form, rules, statuses and transitions, actions, ID generation.
      • Relations inside the package, component directories, documents, views; demo records — up to 50 per module.

      Catalog and reviews

      • Sort by Popular, New or Top rated.
      • Ratings from 1 to 5 stars — only from people who installed the solution — and replies from the author.
      • Uninstalling removes the installed modules together with their records.

Note. An installed copy can’t be updated in place: a new version of the solution installs next to the old one.

A conversation with your own model, inside the platform

The assistant panel opens on the right over any page (Mod+J) and knows what’s on your screen. You bring your own provider key: OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama on your own machine or Ollama Cloud — no language model runs on the platform’s server. It reaches data under your session, so roles, hidden fields and module gates apply by themselves. The assistant panel (Mod+J) runs on your own provider key and sees data only within your roles.

Details: The conversation · What it can do · Boundaries and spend · Constructor mode

      The conversation

      • Branches, a topic picked automatically, a history you can search by day; conversations can be pinned and grouped into projects with their own instructions.
      • Three thinking modes: none, think, think deeper. “Deeper” plans before the work and reviews its own draft after.
      • The turn shows as a timeline: the plan, tool calls, thinking with its duration, the review.
      • Attachments to a question: images, PDFs, text, spreadsheets and office documents — up to 4, up to 20 MB each.
      • Rate an answer and save it as a skill; a temporary chat that writes nothing to memory.

      What it can do

      • 50 tools: records, mail, chat, assignments, calendar, files, documents, charts, versions, knowledge base, support.
      • Layered memory: facts, topics and a profile — matched to the question; a company has its own memory, edited by the owner or a role.
      • Office files: it creates and edits documents, spreadsheets and presentations, and in the open editor prepares an edit that you apply.
      • A table from an attachment into a module: it maps the columns, flags duplicates and hands you one card for all rows.
      • Web search and page reading — within the allowed addresses.
      • Rewriting an email or message draft right inside the input box.
      • Pointing at a place in the interface and filtering the list on your screen: “only my deals for September”.
      • A chart from an answer becomes a live chart in the Charts section with one button.

      Boundaries and spend

      • A record edit appears as a “before → after” card and runs the moment you confirm it; many records go in one card, up to 200.
      • An applied card keeps an Undo button for 7 days: the rollback never wipes edits made afterwards.
      • The assistant never sends an email or chat message itself — you press the button.
      • On a connection without write access, the writing tools aren’t in the list at all.
      • Your own token limit over a rolling window; the spend shown is only what the provider reported.
      • Runs on a schedule and on an event: a record created or moved to a status, an email received, a client writing in a messenger.
      • Your own MCP servers on a connection — the assistant works with your external systems too.

      Constructor mode

      • A new system as a project: modules, relations, statuses, formulas, documents, charts and roles; Deploy with one button, Undo for 7 days.
      • What already runs — through single cards with a preview on your records: fields, rules, relations, views, transitions, actions, documents, roles.
      • Nothing changes until you press Apply; the mode can be turned on by the company owner or a role with that permission.

An AI agent works with your data within your permissions

The platform is an MCP server itself. Any MCP-compatible AI agent client connects with a token and acts on behalf of the token’s owner, within that person’s roles. Tokens are issued under Settings → Agents as Read only or Read and write; the token string is shown once, and revoking takes effect immediately. The platform is an MCP server: an external AI agent connects with a token and acts within the token owner’s roles.

The set holds 50 tools in total; an external agent gets 39. Transport: POST /mcp (Streamable HTTP, no sessions). Tool responses are cut at 100,000 characters; only a hash of the token is stored, and banning a user closes their tokens too.
