Modules, records, views and roles come with every plan

Plans differ in team size, storage and add-on areas

The core is the same for everyone: modules, records, views and roles. Each plan then adds people to the company, storage for its data and areas that run on top of the same records.

Six add-on areas on top of the same records

Each one works with your existing modules and records — nothing has to be moved. Listed here is only what already works in the product.

Core · in every plan

Modules, records, views and roles

What the core includes
Modules
34 field types, rules, statuses, relations
Records
versions, comments, files, assignments
Views
List, Kanban, Gantt chart
Roles
levels 1–100, field-level rights, “own records only” conditions

Analytics and charts

From the Team plan

  • 37 chart types in 6 groups — from bar and pie charts to Sankey diagrams and heatmaps.
  • Workspaces as dashboards: a 12-column grid of charts, number cards and module shortcuts.
  • Built from module records and the activity log; computed in the background and served from cache.

Mail on your own domain

From the Team plan

  • Connect your domain with five DNS records: TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
  • Addresses like sales@your-domain — each one is its own mailbox.
  • Threads, snoozing, scheduled sending, server-side filters and IMAP migration.

Extended storage

From the Team plan

  • More room for files and company data: 500 GB on Team and 2 TB on Business instead of 2 GB on Start.
  • A trash bin you can restore from.
  • File version history with restore and a before/after comparison.

Sites and landing pages

From the Business plan

  • A visual builder: 13 block types with desktop, tablet and phone layouts.
  • Request forms and visitor chat — requests land in Eyeward and in your inbox.
  • Published over SSH/SFTP to your own hosting: the site keeps working without Eyeward.

From the Business plan

  • Semantic search finds records, comments, notes and files from a description.
  • Value suggestions from similar records for Select and Status fields.
  • The semantic index is built by a separate Ollama machine on your network; without it, regular text search still works.

Priority support

From the Business plan

  • Requests straight from the Support section in Eyeward: annotated screenshots, statuses, notifications.
  • Response times and the format of the priority line are agreed when you sign up.

What to know before the demo

Can I pay for a plan right now?

Not yet: checkout isn’t wired up inside Eyeward. We go over the plan and how to get started after the demo.

What comes with every plan?

Modules with fields, rules, statuses and relations; records with versions, comments and files; views — List, Kanban, Gantt chart and Calendar; roles with levels and field-level rights.

What does “up to 25 people” mean?

It’s the number of people in your company — the employees you’ve invited to Eyeward.

How much storage does a plan include?

Storage is counted per company: files plus everything created in it — records, modules, sites. Start gets 2 GB, Team 500 GB, Business 2 TB, Corporate from 2 TB. When storage runs out nothing is deleted — new files just can’t be uploaded. On top of that, everyone has 2 GB of personal space.

Do I need a developer or an implementer?

No. Modules, fields, views, rules and roles are set up with the mouse — there is no code. And if you’d rather not learn the settings yourself, describe your business to the assistant in Constructor mode: it assembles a system project and you press Deploy. The assistant runs on your own language-model key — you pay the provider for tokens, not a contractor for the rollout and every change after it.

Can I bring my data over from Excel?

Yes: .xlsx and .csv files, with automatic column matching and a preview. Up to 25 MB, 20,000 rows and 200 columns per upload.

Where is my data stored?

Every Eyeward service runs on the installation’s server: the database, files, search, mail and chat. What leaves the server, and why, is on the Security page.

Does it work for personal use?

Yes. A module without a company is visible only to its author — handy for a family budget, a renovation or studies. The Start plan costs 0 Br.

Are there desktop and mobile apps?

Eyeward runs in the browser and installs as a web app. For files there’s the Eyeward Sync client for Windows, Linux and Android — see the download page.
