Consent to the processing of personal data

By ticking the consent box in the request form you freely, of your own will and in your own interest consent to the operator processing your data on the terms below. This is a separate document, not part of the policy or the terms. This English text is a translation for convenience; the Russian version prevails.
1. Operator
The owner of the Eyeward website and service (erp.frezal.by).
2. Purpose
To reply to your request, arrange a demo of Eyeward and discuss the terms of using it. The data is not used for newsletters, advertising or any other purpose.
3. What data
- what to call you;
- company — if you enter it;
- email address and phone number;
- a description of your process — if you enter it;
- team size — if you pick one;
- your consent tick;
- the address of the page the request was sent from, the plan (if you came from the pricing page), the page language, your browser string (User-Agent).
The IP address is used only in the server’s memory to limit how often requests can be sent and is not saved with the request.
4. What we do with it
Collection, recording, organisation, storage, use to contact you, correction, deletion. Processing is automated and mixed, on the operator’s servers. Only the operator’s staff who answer requests can see it.
5. Who receives it
No one. Request data is not passed to processors, third parties or abroad.
6. How long consent and the data last
Consent lasts until the purpose is achieved, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact with you, or until you withdraw it. The data is then deleted.
7. How to withdraw
Tell the operator through the request form on the website or the “Support” section in the app. We will stop processing and delete the request data within 15 days (Article 10 of Law No. 99-Z); for data subjects whose data falls under Law No. 152-FZ — within the time limits of its Article 21. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
8. If you don’t agree
The form won’t send a request without consent. You can use the website without restriction.
9. Your rights
To get information about processing, have data corrected, stop processing and delete it, find out about provision to third parties, appeal the operator’s actions to the National Personal Data Protection Center of Belarus, Roskomnadzor or a court. The procedure and time limits are in the personal data processing policy.
10. Legal basis
Article 5 of Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”; Article 9 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
11. How consent is given
By ticking “I agree to the processing of my personal data” in the request form and sending it. The server does not accept a request without the tick, so every stored request — with the date and time it was sent — confirms the consent given.
