Consent to the processing of personal data for session recording

By pressing “Accept all” in the cookie notice you freely, of your own will and in your own interest consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms below. Consent is optional: if you choose “Necessary only”, no session is recorded and the website and app work in full.

The owner of the Eyeward website and service (erp.frezal.by)
- Purpose
- To find bugs and awkward spots in the interface of the Eyeward website and app and fix them. Recordings are not used for advertising, newsletters, or assessing or monitoring people’s work.
- What data
- what happens on the page: which pages you open, where you click, how you scroll, what the page looks like at that moment;
- text you type into fields yourself — if input recording is switched on. Never recorded: passwords, verification codes, keys and tokens, card numbers, sign-in and service connection forms, chats, emails and conversations with the assistant;
- the page address (without secret parameters), browser language and string, window size;
- a browser tag and a tab tag — random codes in browser storage;
- an irreversible fingerprint of the IP address (the address itself is not stored);
- if you are signed in — your account ID.
- What we do with it
- Collection, recording, organisation, storage, use (viewing by platform administrators), deletion. Processing is automated, with the operator’s own tools (the open-source rrweb library). Recordings are stored encrypted on the operator’s servers.
- Who receives it
- No one. Recordings are not passed to third parties, outside services or abroad; only platform administrators can watch them.
- How long it is kept
- Each recording is deleted automatically after the retention period set by the platform administrator: 1 to 90 days, 14 by default. Immediately when an account is deleted.
- How long consent lasts
- Until you withdraw it. If the operator materially changes this document, the cookie notice will ask you again; recording under the previous text stops.
- How to withdraw
- Press “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page of the website, or “Change decision” in the “Cookies and session recording” card in your app profile. Recordings from this browser are deleted right away and recording stops. You can also write to the operator — recordings will be deleted within 15 days.
- If you don’t agree
- Nothing changes: the website and app work in full, without session recording. Necessary cookies (signing in, interface settings) work whichever you choose — they don’t require consent.
- Your rights
- To get information about processing, to have data corrected, to stop processing and delete data, to appeal the operator’s actions — to the National Personal Data Protection Center of Belarus or to Roskomnadzor (Russia). Details are in the privacy policy.

- How consent is given
- By pressing “Accept all” in the cookie notice. A record of your consent — the revision of this document and the moment you pressed the button — is kept in your browser and sent with every part of the recording: without it the recording is not accepted.
