3. Website materials
- Texts, descriptions of capabilities, examples, screenshots and prices on the website are for information and are not a public offer. Paid plans are provided under a separate contract.
- Descriptions and screenshots show Eyeward at the time the materials were prepared; the interface and features change.
- Knowledge base materials and the assistant’s answers are general information about using the service, not legal, accounting or other professional advice.
- Links to third-party websites are given for convenience; the operator is not responsible for their content or rules.
4. Rights to materials
The Eyeward name and logo, texts, images, design and the software of the website and service are protected by intellectual property law. Materials may not be used without the rights holder’s permission, except for quotation to the extent justified by its purpose, with the source cited. Open-source fonts and software are used under their licences. Third-party trademarks (names of messengers, mail services and AI models) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility.
5. Content complaints
If you believe material that a user placed in the service or sent through it infringes your rights or the law, write through the request form on the website or the “Support” section in the app. State who you are, what material and where (a link or description), which right is infringed and how this is shown. We will review the complaint, restrict access to the material if needed and let you know the outcome. Complaints about data an organisation using the service keeps about you will be passed to that organisation.
6. Report a vulnerability
If you find a vulnerability in the website or service, tell us through the request form on the website or the “Support” section in the app: what it is, how to reproduce it and what it could lead to. Don’t exploit it beyond what is needed to confirm it, don’t access other people’s data, don’t disrupt the service and don’t disclose details before it is fixed. Security testing, load testing and automated scanning without our written permission are prohibited.
7. Claims and requests
Send claims under the terms of use in writing through the request form on the website or the “Support” section in the app. The reply period for a claim is 30 days. Personal data requests are handled as set out in the personal data processing policy.
8. Supervisory authorities
- Republic of Belarus — the National Personal Data Protection Center (cpd.by).
- Russian Federation — the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor, rkn.gov.ru).
Before contacting a supervisory authority you can write to us — we will try to resolve the matter quickly.
